O 1st Offence é outra UK82 da Escócia que durou pouco tempo. Lançaram umas 4 demos e somente este EP "Night The Punks Turned Ugly" pela Chaos Records no ano de 1983.
Por curiosidade o baterista da banda Iain tocou com o Exploited durante a turnê do The Massacre, a "Massacre Tour".
