After the immaculate Volume 1 "High Energy Rock From N.Y.C." released in 1982 (check it out HERE.), this follow up came out in 1987. While I prefer vol. 1 to vol. 2 it's still a noteworthy effort and a document of NYC underbelly rotten bumsacks.
