Released in '79 by Rhino Records after K r o q had a contest amongst local bands for the best DeVo covers. the idea was a simple one , local bands doing devo covers off their "are we not men" album.this lp has many a fond memory to me,as to its was one of the only albums i had that intended to be a good time.to me the big D was one band that knew how to punk out or at least clockout.
Aslo devo would infintly be my name to florida residents bearing a neck of the crimsom desent .their quirky anthems even resenated through to the swamplands and DEVO's name would be the moniker to many a punk to come {or for that matter any individual} used by cowboys + rednecks nationwide . all these tracks were Handpicked by the DeVOLveD themselves.
