Vacum was formed in '79. These Swedes recorded their first EP and then their first (this) album in 1980. During the making of their 2nd record, drummer Cathrine introduced her affinity for the piano, which led to the signature sound you hear on the record. After some lineup changes and another record, they finally called it quits in '85.
